Do you think it is worth it?

Hello! I just got my first Mac (yay!) so I was looking online for cheap accessories for it, and I found someone who was selling a really old computer for $15. But it just happens to have Windows XP Professional installed on its 3GB hard drive. (My other computer has XP on it so I'm really familiar with how to use it) So I was wondering if you think it is worth it to buy this computer ($15) JUST so that I can put the operating system (dual-boot) on my Mac?

Now I know all you Apple fans probably want to slap me for wanting to put Windows on my Mac. But I would only be doing it to be able to have some games and programs that are currently PC-only with me while I'm traveling (it's a MacBook).

    The only way to get an operating system is to use the installation CD. You can't take the operating system off another computer. Maybe you forgot to mention that the installation discs come with the laptop? If that's the case, then sure, why not, go for it.

    By the way, I know of a lot of Apple fans that install Windows on their computers :)

    um...you buy a piece of crap laptop to take the os off....that doesn't work

    you could use a usb cable to hook the 3gb hard drive up the the mac and boot off of it, but a 3gb hdd isnt going to be able to play anything other then flash games

    you cant simply copy the os off (win 98 you could but not xp)
