    the holidays are. Ex.- The Holidays' are very happy for me and Bob.

    Or- The Holidays is happy for me and bob.

    The first sentence is right

    Source(s): it actually depends... plural or singlular.... plural- Holidays' *are* fun. singular- Halloween *is* a fun Holiday.

    ARE for plural like holidayS

    and IS for singular like holiday (no s)
