NO! NO! NO! that is completely FALSE! illegal immigrants are NOT eligible for any SS benefits. Illegal immigrants do pay taxes, and those BILLIONS they pay every year stay in the system to help SS and Medicare stay afloat. Those same taxes paid by illegals and not collected help US citizens with their retirement checks and many more things.

Illegal immigrants and Social Security

According to the best estimates of the Social Security Administration, the fund has kept track over the last 20 years of more than $300 billion in total earnings – the vast majority of them attributable to illegal immigrants.

Not sure if illegals can draw disability from S.S. because it is easier to get fake S.S. number & pay taxes into it, than getting disability benefits from S.S...Before starting to pay disability S.S. system scrutinizes much closer the applicants background then when accepting taxes coming in...So illegals most probably can not draw disability payments from S.S.

Getting Social security disability ... in one of the most onerous tasks ..

it can take 2 or 3 years to get it..believe me illegals do not get it ...

Most illegals studies have shown take way, way more than they will ever give in taxes or S.S. Los Angeles loses over a billion dollars every year to illegals.

But it's really it's the children of illegals that sponge off tax payers.

They do not get social security, ever. Anyone who says they do is being dishonest. How could they possibly get it without a valid social security number?

I don't know about SS... but if you wonder about how much illegals get away with talk to your banker about what ID is required if you don't have a SSN.

Without a SSN money heald in their accounts gain interest TAX FREE!!!

Think about it. Also if you go to a hospital and get "Free" care, it is only free because with out a SSN you can skip on the bill.

If it is it shouldn't be. No one that is in America illegally should be entitled to any thing our tax payers have to foot the bill for. Remember if you are living here without a visa or green card you are a criminal and should be deported immediately.

Every study done on this shows that illegals pay much more in taxes and contributions to Social Security, unemployment, disability, etc. than they ever get in benefits. Illegals hardly ever apply for benefits because they're afraid of getting caught.
