i would go with the iphone 3gs just because i dont want to look like an idiot talking to my wrist whenever i get a phonecall....
but then again my opinion....not yours
and the iphone can go on internet but if price is an issue then just go with the watch phone it is actually pretty cheap and you dont have to pay that much monthly
