What is the better year RX8?
I am looking for an automatic trans. RX8. Most likely 2006 or 2007. Looking for owners with insight.

Anyone after 2006 or a 2004 + that has had all the Mazda services completed to update the engine and ECU.
Watch the mileage, and make sure to have a rotary compression test performed.
The 2009 + has more oil injectors for the apex seals. (a good thing)
The larger 16X engine comes out in 2011.

Your best thing would be to go with a Manual transmission. More fun, and quicker when driving! But, if you don't know how to drive one...Sorry.
