What is the best way to remove all of my liquid foundation before going to bed?

I am having trouble finding something that will take all of my liquid foundation off. I don't wear a lot but I can sometimes still feel it on my face and its causing me to break out.

The best way to remove all foundation before going to bed is to use a gentle, exfoliating cleanser. I use St. Ives Apricot Scrub which scrubs off all the makeup. After this to make sure I got everything off I use baby wipes to get everything off. I have been doing this for a while and it really works! Good Luck! Hope I helped!

Philsophy has the best cleaners, its purity made simple. Its a cleanser, toner and makeup remover in one. It has oil in it which makes the process of breaking down the liquid foundation easier. The best part is, its very gentle on the face and i use it to rub on my eyes and it causes no problems.

  • I recommend using One Step which is a makeup remover and then Microderm Cleanser because it exfoliates within the cleansing process. Always follow with a toner and moisturizer for your skin type. These products are Color Me Beautiful products and can be purchased at www.beyondbeautystudio.com shop online.

Cleansing Oil. I dont know if Fancl is available over at your location, but they do have very good cleansing oil.

but one thing to make sure when using cleansing oil is the proper steps to use it.

    1. using dry hands, rub it onto your dry face to dissolve make up

    2. wet your hands/pat on water and continue rubbing until the oil has fully emulsified (turn whitish)

    3. Rinse off thoroughly with water

    4. Cleanse face with usual cleanser.

Many people tends to skip step two and that's not good for the skin. May end up clogging pores and giving you skin problems over time.

Use facial wipes or a facial cleanser. After you have done this use a face wash to really clean out your pores from the dirt and make up.
