Help please. a little question in my homework..?

dont tell me to do my own homework or something, ive already tried very hard and still cant get a correct answer.

"Enzymes are biological catalyst that speed up chemical reaction in the body. A characteristic of this catalyst is that it only works on a _____ food substance. For example, amylase only works on starch."
