LEMON BALM and cayenne peppers?

Larger supermarkets usually sell herbs and cayenne peppers......in the UK certainly. They should both be somewhere around the vegetable section.

Addendum:

I am surprised you cannot find these in supermarkets. What about one of the Asian or Jamaican stores if you have any for the cayenne/chilli peppers.

As a last resort .....try the plant nurseries for the actual plants or seeds and grow your own. You can grow chilli peppers in pots in a window .....or outdoors if you live somewhere warm enough and have access to a garden.. Lemon balm could be grown in containers [or outdoors] too.

You could ask them if they supply what you are looking for and who their suppliers [to the public] are near to where you live. If they don't grow these you could ask if they know of anyone who might and where you could get hold of these....hopefully they will be able to help.
