I LOVE LAMB MEAT BUT ARE THEY GOOD FOR DIETERS?
But is it true that they are fattening.
im a diabetic and has to eat healthy. But i would love to have it as part of my diet. at least once a month.

If you steer clear of starchy carbohydrates such as bread, cereals, pasta, rice, nuts, potatoes and sweet potatoes you can have as much lamb as you like. A high protein diet is supposed to reduce your weight.
You can have fruit and vegetables as they are mostly non-starchy carbohydrates.
