It bottomed in November last year around 74.50, and is currently above 77, has been as high as 78.50. Technically, as long as it holds above 76 (the .618 Fibonacci retracement level), the Uptrend is still intact.

Looks like it has already hit bottom and started the rebound, unless we get a double dip in the economy and more fed printing and bailouts are needed to fuel the .gov (dot-gov) bubble.

It will rebound for a little while but it will be false. The feds will raise interest rates again but this will be because of more magic stimulus money that is made from nothing. How can the $ go uphill when the feds are running the printing presses 24/7 with nothing to back it up with ie. domestic goods for exporting. Why don't you look up the word hyperinflation and its main causes. The stock market in this economy with its very high unemployment rate is going up way to quickly from its last downturn. The price of gold is at an all time high, as soon as the real power countries (China, Japan, Europe, Arab nations to name a few) drop the dollar (which they already have for buying/selling crude oil) prepare to buy a sandwich for hundred dollars if your lucky enough to find some selling food at all.

Many countries have experienced hyperinflation it would be very ignorant to believe it cannot happen to this country. 1 month, 1 year, 10 years, It will happen sometime.

It may look like it is on it's way up, but if you compare prices today against prices 5, 10, 15 years ago, you will see that the dollar is still going down due to inflation. If you want to take advantage of that, look to investing in precious metals. They are the perfect hedge against inflation. http://protectingyourwealth.yolasite.com/

Once the USD has the same value as the Russian Ruble it'll start to climb again.

America, or the US needs to get their spending in grip. As long as they have a huge deficit the dollar can not bounce back, since there is no goods or commodities backing up the value of the dollar.

My view is dollar will be volatile this quarter between 72-83 on USD INDEX

It won't start rebounding. The people behind the Federal Reserve print too much of it, so it loses value daily.
