If teacher don't care about the law, what to do?

I am student. I was so nervous that teacher of not real had no certify in school. He said " i have power and able to against you". But i went to see the principial about issue between teacher and me. He laughed at me. She said "you better go to home first and will talk to him". then i says " ok ". I am afraid that he will against me again. How?

You haven't spesifically underlined what actually the teacher has done against the low. First make sure that it is not just your assumption that the teacher aint cares about the low. Secondly, make sure you have checked the teachers behaviour aginst the low and you have definite evidence that that is the case. Thirdly, make sure that the teacher is aware of what he/she is behaving aginst the low. Forthly discuss this with an elderly friend and decide which route to take in order to prevent the teacher in doing so... Finally go for it...
