Is Halo 3 not working for anyone else?

When I go to play multi-player is says play-lists unavailable, information could not be retrieved from halo 3 server. Is anyone else having this problem? My buddies isn't working ether, both our gold memberships won't expire for months and we have different internet providers. Anyone else experiencing any problems? Any solutions?

    Yeah ive got the same problem today. I have absolutely no idea what the hell "Karl" is even trying to say.
