My wife and started our own business. How does health care reform affect us?

If I'm not mistaken employers with less than 50 employees are exempt. There do exist, however, tax credits for you to get employees health insurance.

If you have health insurance, don't have any employees other than yourselves, and don't earn more than $250,000 a year, the reform shouldn't affect you. It might give you more choices so you don't need the insurance from your day jobs.

Don't quit your day jobs. If you are self employed, you are in for huge tax hikes, as you are the ones who will be paying for Obama care.

If you already have insurance it probably won't affect you.
