Do i have some sort of sleep disorder?

About a year ago it happened frequently, then recently it happened again.

It's like while i'm sleeping, i suddenly feel very heavy. It feels like there's a super strong magnet, so strong that it can stick me to the ground, pulling me. It feels like i can't move, open my eyes or breathe at all. Another way i would describe it is that it feels like i'm tied down to the ground, i can't move a single muscle and somehow i am aware of it. It feels horrible.

Can anyone who knows a lot on sleep disorders tell me what this is?

Update:

I'm currently not taking any form of medication, just so you know

I went by all sleep disorders specified on wikipedia but couldn't find anything that was specifically similar to that, it does sound like one though so I would consider contacting a doctor if the problem occurs again.

hmm sounds like anxiety, is this why you are in a lucid stage of sleeping or when you are awake? talk to your doctor, may be a side effect of any medication you are taking
