i cannot see two questions i answered from the same questioner - the questioner's account has not been deleted but i know from the answers the questions were reported.

can i not view them because they are about to be deleted or because the questioner blocked me

"You cannot view this question at this time" means you have been blocked. That message is not ever a preliminary step to deletion---there's no deletion message until the question IS deleted.

You will not be able to open any of that person's questions until they unblock you.

There are times when a troll posts a deliberately provocative question, and sits there reporting all the outraged non-answers he receives (like "I'm gonna report you, sicko!") He will then block all his answerers so that they can't report him. Moral of the story, don't talk to trolls.

A quick way to find out is to copy the url, log out and then paste the url back and go to the page. If you can see the page when you are logged out then the user have blocked you, if the page is still gone then it's because the question has been deleted.

Y!A! is deleting curtain questions and answers that Y!A! believes viloates the rules.

But we do not know what rules are being viloated.

Or -- someone (at least 2) are reporting the questions or answers as 'abuse' and then they are being deleted.
