the WMR site seems to have a glitch(today 4th)when i put my info it's read that's it unavailable.?

i call the automated phone number my info is working on there is anyone experiencing this problem

I guess it got easier checking the site instead of calling...

    I'm confused. IF you call the toll-free number and it 'accepts' your information then you would be able to obtain the answer that the system is setup for (i.e., Where's My Refund?). So why do you need to obtain the same answer via another method?

    IF there is a problem with the website, then THAT is an issue for the IT folks at the IRS...not us! Having said that there is SOME information that is not available through WMR. Click the first link below to visit the IRS website that discusses the WMR process.
