Hi, where to find a lady to be with a 60 years old woman (depression) , for few hours a day, to go shoping, make food, to go to walk with her.

The best and cheapest option would be to contact bituach leumi(to see if she would qualify, i'm sure she will) and they will send her a lady who will help her.
They have an office in Natanya.
Other wise if you find a lady who will help out privately it could cost you as much as 40 sheckels an hour.
