What will you do if your Mother 60 years old, feeling lonely, depress, sad, angry, don't feel good, (gets old) and need you but you live abroad and you have little money?
Brothers live near Mother but has much going on in there life that they cant spend much of time with Mother.
What will you do in that case?

To answer you, it must be so hard for you and the rest of your family to see a loved one (especially a mother) suffer like this and you are hopeless in helping, I feel for you.The best is dont show to your mom how you are feeling and be strong for her sake.You must make an appointment with Bituach Leumi if you have not done yet.Being over 60 in Israel she is entitled to many benefits, much more then most other countries and she must know that even though you are not their in person there are many who will help her.There is a guide (Guide to Entitlements and Services For the Aged in Israel). Also another idea , is if she has a pc, someone can download skype for her and you can chat to her often and see each other.

I would try and contact some kind of seniors organization that may be able to find activities and companions for her.
I would also ask my brothers who live near her to watch one less movie during the week and use that time to visit her.

Your mother stuck with you for your whole life and raised you until you moved out, now it's time for you to pay her back the life you owe her.
