What is the best TV Tuner card for my situation?

I am going off to college soon. My dorm room has cable but I don't want to haul a TV and my computer and monitor. I want to get a TV Tuner card and just watch tv off of my computer. What is the best TV Tuner card for my situation? Should I use an external box or go with the card? Please consider price in your suggestions.

Thank You.

My second TV tuner question today. I would recommend the external at the link below. If you have Windows 7 and plan on using Windows Media Center it will pick up any analog and digital channels that come over that cable wire in the room. Now you can watch and record what you are watching with this tuner. If you feel that you might want to record 2 shows at a time or watch one and record another check out the internal at the link below. As you can see much more expensive. I own both and think they work great. I did buy them from those sites. One thing Windows Media Center in Vista will not recognize the digital tuner. There is a work around for this but it is a pain and kinda unstable. So just be aware of this in case you do have Vista and any digital channels come over that cable wire. Email me or add a comment if you have more questions and I will be glad to try and help. Hope this helps. Good Luck.

Your perfect answer - Apple television. It handles the area you describe completely. the television reveal screen turns into her reveal screen. she will then do each thing from her keyboard or from a touch hand-held administration. quite effortless. quite obtainable.
