American Medical Association? I don't know enough about it to have any opinion, but medical standards in America - as in most of the western world - are very high, so I guess that it must be doing a good job.

The American Medical Association? If you're not talking about the American Medical Association, then you are talking about a scam. No legitimate co./ college/ professional organization would call themselves that unless they were trying to fool people. In the entire world, AMA means only one thing, like NASA means only one thing. Any other use is a clear attempt at fraud.

It's the stock exchange symbol for Amara Holdings Ltd in Singapore.
It's also the AMA Group, which seems to be an international provider of architectural and project services.
