Help fast?! A serious cut..?

I just got back home from an incident while cycling where i got a pretty fu'cked up cut on my palm near the wrist, the thing is, now my hand is feeling numb and is very cold. I think my hand is dying since there's a clot near my wrist. What should i do? im just a kid currently alone at home, i really need some help

currently i don't have a first aid kit.....

    call your parents..then call 911

    You should clean the wounds and do first aid in your hand. And take a rest a while.

    ask your neighbor to accompany you to the nearest hospital for the right medication you need. you can just call your parent's they're just a call away.
