Most people dont. Some think that it is inappropriate to let someone touch his/her partner, or think that it is "dirty", especially if it was done with a friend.
However, i have watched a documentary on taboos in cultures and society, which shows some society allowing one night stand of their partners with a stranger for a small sum of money. In this culture, they believed that one night stand strengthens a couple's love for each other, and allows them to go through some difficulties they may face. They think that its perfectly normal to have healthy sex with a stranger while being in a relationship at the same time. And most of the time it is the boy/girlfriend to help his/her partner find someone to have sex with him/her.
There are also some other society with almost the same culture.
