This is a series that is the squares of natural numbers written backwards.
So the missing numbers are 6^2 backward = 63 and 8^2 bckwards = 46

The sequence is a differance of 8 numbers between both. So its like u count number starting up at 3 then count number what percentage numbers r u faraway from the subsequent that is 11. Does that help:)
