is 50 7.5 lortab enough to die?

This can't really be answered since we don't know how old you are or how much you weigh but it also is a question I wouldn't answer if I knew your age or weight. If dying is what you want to do you need to get help. There are a lot of people worse off than you. Life has a lot more to offer you. See a Dr , you need help.
