I'm taking a night shift job 4 days weekday with school in the morning have little time to sleep

    sleep at day time

    wash your face with cold water

    drink foffee

    Eat an apple they give you mOre energy than coffee and it's also a nutrition boost

    So 2-3 apples throughout the night and make sure u never rest year head,lean back or start thinking about something with your head down
