Education Major: English. Teaching Minor: Math! Smart Move?
Help me! I'm going to be a teacher.
I'm verrrrry gooood in English. I'm sure with English you can teach various subjects: theatre, speech, journalism, all things I excel at!
So I was thinking of minoring in math since the demand for math is up
I dont really feel the need to major in math because I'm not that great in it to do a MAJOR. nor am I that passionate.
Is this a smart move?!

To teach math, you'd need to major in it. Why not minor in theatre, communications, broadcasting or another related field since English is your forte? If not, you could look into a business minor. You never know, that could come in handy after graduation. Whatever you decide, I wish you the best. Good Luck!
