Hakuōki Shinsengumi Kitan and yes that is pure fanart but it is a real anime

not sure if its fan-made or not, but im sure the anime is hakuouki. the characters in the pic are chizuru yukimura, shinpachi nagakura, and, one of my fave hakuouki characters, okita souji.
