Okay, here is how the song goes (at least what I can make out): "get down hey hey get down hey hey get down hey hey hey-ey-ey-ey hey-ey-ey-ey"
It has female singers singing that part, with claps in the back ground. Then it kicks in with a rap (sounds like jay-z, but can't really tell who it is or what they're saying...).
It was played at the Cowboy's stadium during the super bowl Sunday and you could hear it in the background. I hear it all the time.
It isn't by the Black Eyed Peas...it was like stadium background music today. It seems to be played a lot during games at stadiums/arenas...

It might be "Empire State of Mind" by Jay-z and Alicia Keyes. that's just a guess though
