what is the effect of having a cap (ceiling) on the compensation being paid to the executive? e?
this is my test qn,
A) there will be a labour shortage
B) increase the employment rate of executive.
Please give the reason. Thanks in advance!

There will not be a shortage of people willing to work as an executive because unless it is set absurdly low they will still be the highest paid position at a company and there will be no higher paid occupation that they are qualified to do. see http://www.visualizingeconomics.com/2010/12/29/hig...
