What should I say to someone I am interested in at work?

We work in different offices, so we seldom cross path. I only see her around in the canteen, and work place + canteen are pretty formal, so they are bad places to be hitting up on anybody. Got her FB profile, would like to send her a message. And I am stuck at

"Hi, saw you at work. You look great!"

That sounds creepy. Any help?

    That is creepy!! Why not just message her - say you came across her page and hope you dont mind if you add her as a friend... just ask her how shes doing and if her office is busy.

    just add, i just wanted to know if you would be interested in a date sometime..then she will know your intentions and it won't sound so creepy..k?
