Vancouver and Jennings Trophy?

Vancouver has a good grasp on the Jennings Trophy for fewest goals against this year.

A reporter ask if they were going to play the back up who required 25 games to get his name on the trophy too. The coach said he didn't realize he was close. But then they put him in for half a minute last game against Edmonton, to record his 24th game played.

So if you were the coach what would you do with 2 games left?

1 Start the back up against Minnesota - it's a meaningless game

2 Start the back up against Calgary - but you don't want them to win and ma

ke 8th spot and potentially think they have a chance in a 1st round upset

3 Start the back up against both - let the number 1 rest for playoffs

4 give the back up another 30 seconds in net

5 don't play the back up at all - it's a distraction. focus on playoffs

Give Schneider (back-up) the Minny game. I say give Luongo the Flames game so he isn't cold come playoffs.
