How could I change the time format from 24hr to 12hr time, on a Canon DS1300 please help?
Please answer if u have experience with this product noy like telling look at yhr menu cause i dont have at the moment!

If you mean the Canon SD1300, you don't have that option....according to the user-manual.
If you can't get your head round the 24 hour clock, just take twelve away from the number and you'll have the time in old-fashioned PM style :-)

You scroll tough the menu's and sub menu's until you come to this setting. And check the 12 hr time.
You might even check the manual! That helps too.
