How long after acl surgery were you able to walk?
i completely tore it in january 2011 and am getting it fixed on june 1st i also partially tore the cartilage the repair is being done with the patellar
is it practical to plan to go somewhere 3 days later not much walking just car to building where there are seats

I would ask your surgeon about this. the rehab protocol (what you are allowed to do whenever the dr tells you). varies from dr to dr and patient to patient's procedures.

well you have to keep your brace straight so it may be uncomfortable. you may be able to do it. but i walked after 2 weeks.
