Fine a + b +c = ?? given:
a + { 1 / [ b + 1/ c ] } = 37 / 16

37/16 = 2.3125 can be express as this continued fraction:
2 + { 1 / [ 3 + 1/ 5 ] }
So a + b + c = 2 + 3 + 5 = 10
