What is the best way for grammar? The best proper way?

(Example 1 is not correct English at all)

They are both correct. The first is affirmative and the second is a possibility. (in my opinion of course!) read them carefully and take note of the purpose of 'so' & 'for'. Good luck. Hope that helped.

Try saying the sentences out loud. For me, number 2 is the one but, remove the "that" part.

I think you probably want number two. Number one is also correct, with "for" meaning "because."
