iphone apps listed as free but not?
Many iphone apps are listed as FREE. Then after you install it says the download was free but you have to pay to use it!
Why does Apple let developers lie? Each app is reviewed by Apple so how do they allow it?

Its a kind of business policy followed by large organization. Its nothing but deceiving people. But there are really some apps which are completely free of cost. Try the following link. I have found some free apps here: http://www.listofapp.com/
