Is it done or should I wait?

She broke up with me and said her priorities changed and she needed space. but she continues to call and check up on me every day sometimes more than once. She moved me to a different city with her and I said I was going home and she started to cry. I told her I was going to travel alone and she got a really sad expression on her face. I hugged her last week and she had a tear in her eye. We went out for drinks and slept together a week ago and she told me she loved me but didn't have time for me right now. She also said she was scared that by the time she'd want me back I wouldn't want her. I know its her busy season for work and shes working 16 hour days., so I'm still hanging on a little because her season slows down in about a month. but should I get over it or keep hanging on? We bonded heavily over a lot of things and were together continuosly for like 6 months, all day every day so I could see where we need some alone time. Should I wait? or get on with it?
