How do live in a small town north of Cleveland OH? Does this mean Canada or on a boat?

    Almost every city east of Cleveland near Lake Erie is north of Cleveland. All are smaller than Cleveland. Kirtland is a smaller community with many large parks and Holden Arboretum.
