My (possessive adjective) mother (noun) - subject
tip-toed - verb
quietly - adverb
out - preposition
of - preposition
room (noun) - complement
baby’s (noun) - used as possessive adjective
You can say also:
My mother quietly tip-toed out of the baby’s room.
