Help! My hair turned Orange! ?

Question

I just dyed my hair from med brown to what was supposed to be blonde but my roots are bright yellow and my bangs are a medium dark blonde and the rest is orange. That is NOT the color I wanted. I bought clairol professional light golden neutral blonde. I bleached my hair first then washed it out dried it and put the dye in left it for 30 min and it turned out like this. I didn't use a toner tho. How can I get my hair to look this... http://www.google.com/search?tbm=isch&source=mog&h... idk which color to buy so any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Neither of those was helpful. And sry but a ginger is a red head. My hair is orange. And and a natural red head can be a ginger. And I would except I want my hair blonde not red.

You bleached it, what color was it when you were done bleaching it? if it was darker than the blonde you bought thats why it didnt work.

You will most likely need a toner. Your link isn't working. Your best bet would be to go to sallys and talk to an associate, they are very helpful. Bring a picture.

First get loreal preference mega blondes in the shade cool ash blonde.This will lighten your hair with out bleaching it.Then if your hair is still kinda orangey use a toner from wella in the shade white lady,

EDIT:  OK first off, wtf red head actually has RED hair?  They are orange, hence the name "carrot top"
