Firefox help needed: how do i restore my lost bookmarks using the bookmarkbackups file?

I lost my Fireforx bookmarks in a virus attack. BUT, i still have the bookmarkbackup file. How do i use this backup file to restore my bookmarks??

Thanks a lot in advance!!! I have hundreds of bookmarks and to lose them would be a disaster.

    Go to Bookmark Option --> Click Organize Bookmark --> Select Restore Option --> Select the Drive where your Bookmark Back Up file has been saved and select the "*.json" bookmark backup file and then save this.

    How did you do the restoration technique precisely? Deleted data are no longer bodily long previous from the puzzling force till written over, so the two learn some solid 'undelete' or 'record restoration' application or pay somebody some quid to do it for you as they might have greater advantageous application or do a greater thorough and helpful activity.

    Go to bookmarks->organize book marks->then import back up,this will back your bookmarks into a folder.then you can copy and recover it.
