Trouble with updates for Windows XP?
I am having a problem with a few Security Updates for SP1.1
Can I simply uninstall all service packs, restart and then reinstall them?

Do you mean .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack update?
Yes, you can uninstall then re-install all the .NET Framework items, that may resolve some issues.
