Now that the Pope approves of condoms and premarital sex, how long until he approves of gay marriage?

We are probably looking at a point within the next decade or two, HOWEVER that does not mean that all Christians will accept the decision.

Pope John Paul stated evolution was a valid scientific concept nearly 10 years ago, and yet we still have Christians running around asking why there are still monkeys.

Pope approves gay marriage: ~ 20 years

Christians accepting gay marriage: ~ 2,000 years

The Pope does not approve of either one. He cannot approve of sin. He simply said that condoms might be justifiable to prevent AIDS if you are going to fornicate anyway. He said nothing about fornication being any less sinful than it has always been. He could not do so. The charism of infallibility prevents such an error. He also cannot "approve" of that which is impossible by definition. Therefore homosexual "marriage" will never be "approved". And even if it was, it wouldn't change anything. "Approving" of flying cows won't enable cows to actually fly.

The Pope as not approved either. He was quoted out of context as usual.

"There are not more than 100 people in the world who truly hate the Catholic Church, but there are millions who hate what they perceive to be the Catholic Church. ....As a matter of fact, if we Catholics believed all of the untruths and lies which were said against the Church, we probably would hate the Church a thousand times more than they do."

You have not read the article. The Church does not approve of condoms or premarital sex.

Most people do not hope you will die of AIDS. I am willing to make an exception in your case.

contained in the bible is says it really is a sin & says some thing about gays no longer being allowed into heaven. i in my view do no longer care if 2 gays were to marry. it really is their lives & their corporation. i imagine the purely reason it really is faulty contained in the bible is because God says for human beings to flow out & populate the Earth. 2 gay human beings can no longer populate the Earth of direction.

better when will the pope acknowledge that he is no god nor there is one so its pawns can finally abandon their religion. That is just what happened in japan 70 years ago when the Emperor abdicated.

He wouldn't have been chosen as Pope if he didn't stay true to Catholic teaching
