Wales - is there any hope?

Can we rescue anything from this dire start? What would you do in Chris Coleman's place?

No. I'm just looking forward now to the start of Euro 2016 qualification now.

Last night was quite possibly the worst display I've ever seen from a Welsh team, and I've seen some bad ones in my time!

I sympathise slightly with Coleman because he took over in the worst possible circumstances, and he's not got a great deal of players to choose from.

But there are some things that really need to change:

    1. Coleman's interviews - The manager's behaviour and attitude rubs off on players! If you're grumpy, agitated, confrontational and overly defensive in your interviews, then the players will feed off that. Stop acting as if you're about to get the sack and inspire some confidence in a group of players that don't seem as if they want to play for their country!

    2. Aaron Ramsey - Unfortunately the man's a train wreck. The broken leg he sustained has completely ruined a player that looked set to be a world beater. I can't remember him having a good game for Wales since his injury. His passing is dreadful, he looks nervous on the ball, he doesn't have any speed and he doesn't add anything when we attack. He needs to lose the captaincy! He's never been a leader and sadly he can't lead by example playing the way he is at the moment. Give it to Ashley Williams, who's a brilliant leader. It's devastating, but he needs to lose the armband right now! I would drop him, but we have nobody better! Dave Edwards is a headless chicken, Andy King just drifts in and out of games with very little impact and Jack Collison just isn't bothered enough.

    3. Simon Church - WHAT IS HE FOR? He's not fast, he can't dribble, he can't pass or cross and as he proved last night he can't tackle or score! Hal Robson-Kanu might be a joke, but he's a far better option on the wing than Simon Church, who isn't good in his natural position of striker, let alone on the wing.

    4. Steve Morison - I can never remember him playing well for Wales! Why does he still start? He's barely a Championship striker, let alone an international striker! He's slow, he's clumsy, he has the touch of an elephant and doesn't work hard enough on the pitch. But for some reason he keeps his place ahead of Sam Vokes! Vokes might just be a target man, but he always tries his best, and he's a far bigger threat than Morison!

These are the basic things that need to change! Or else we'll soon find ourselves with Northern Ireland in the World Rankings.

    EDIT:

@ me again: Bale couldn't play for England. He's 100% Welsh. He wasn't eligable in any way to play for England.

There is always hope while a chance exists. It's for you to believe! Good luck Ramsey and Wales!

I remember when they had Hughes, Giggs, Southall, Blackmore and other players from top clubs and still couldn't quafily. Bale could've been an England player but decided to be a martyr and play for a sht team
