Agree or Disagree: People doesn't change, they start to show their True Color?
I disagree, people are forced to change by some others.

People can change, but it takes a lot of determination. Unfortunately, lot of people are too lazy or stubborn to change. Also, a lot of people are guarded when they first meet someone. So, you're right; it can take time for people to show their true colors.
