Secret Santa gift ideas?

I'm participating in a Secret Santa gift exchange and would like to solicit some ideas from strangers on the internet (you!).

We have a (flexible) $10 limit.  The girl who I drew is 21, an accounting student, works as a Resident Adviser in her dorm, is creative and fun, and very quirky.  She's the kind of girl who uses the word "nifty" and means it.  

We created "wishlists", but provided guidelines rather than specific items - so I'm trying to come up with something fun, nifty, and/or usable.

Do you guys do your own laundry? What about a 'laundry kit,' including a stain stick, small bottle of detergent, some dryer sheets, and place it all in a basket.  Or, if she likes Subway sandwiches or a certain pizza chain, gift cards for them should be available at the restaurants, or even a 'gift card kiosk' at Walmart. Good luck!
