If you want guys to notice you improve your looks. Wear more fitting clothes not slutty like. Wear makeup not too much. If you wear glasses get contacts. Be more outgoing DEFINATELY. Get an instagram.facebook.twitter. i got a lot of attention from guys on social networks. If your shy be more talkative. Change hair color or style. Change your looks if you are plain

Find a guy thats really your type. Like if (no offense) you're geeky, stay away from the cool hot popular kids. Don't set your standards to high. Also be yourself and flirt! ;D

it Sounds as if you want to throw your self at some one not a good idea as they will take you the wrong way and treat you as a joke go to places where there are lots of people your age and the right person will come to you you don't go to them
