Hi ! Does it means that once someone report you ,even you said the best supporting reason in appealing, yahoo will still deduct you 30 points? (10 is before, 20 is add on for unsuccessful and 30 in total) .
And also what is considered to be offensive?

People sometimes go around and report you just to make you loose points.Go to comunity guidlines and its all writen there.

Not quite, you lose 10 for the first report and 10 more for a failed appeal. The problem is it;s not just offensive. It can be for chatting type questions, rating (am I pretty) and various other things. Have a good look at the guidelines for a better idea.
