Generally you would know if you're getting a break out. Most people get the itching, tingling and or burning when there's a break out coming. But symptoms and break outs can get less sever over time, some people get symptoms with out a lot of blisters or sores. If you're having symptoms of herpes and if this breaks into an open sore, then you are most likely having a break out. Herpes can occur on any part of the genitals (including inner thighs, buttocks, anal and any where in between those areas), it doesn't always reoccur in the same area.

  • Yes its possible.. why don't you take a small mirror and check to see what's back there. Trust me, you know when its popping up.
