Math question so confused need help?

Question

Soo the question says that 
The pizzeria pays the employees $2300.50 every month. They also say there is 4 weeks in a month and that they want to know how much does the pizzeria pay their employees each week 
So what i do is that i divide $2300.50 by the 4 weeks but i get 575 and i get 12.5 cents i am  really confused on what the answer is because i keep getting 575 dollars and 12.5 cents please help me how do you solve this ?

Multiply $2,300.50 * 12 months = $27,606 per year. Now divide $27,606 ÷ 52 weeks = $530.88 per week. This is more accurate than dividing $2,300.50 ÷ 4 weeks = 575.13 per week.

round up the penny to 13 cents
.5 and higher goes up.  4.999999 and lower goes to zero
